The basic design still needs some tweaking, and I may decide in a day or two to throw the whole concept out and start over. Now that I know such a painless way to get wildly different looks, I may start revamping the site once a week. My firstborn will be named FONT FACE Ng.

(It occurs to me, in the unlikely event of me having a firstborn any time soon, that kid will have the most fucked up name ever. I totally overuse the line. There are already about thirty things I've sworn to name my firstborn after, ranging from "Ralph Wiggum" to "Stolichnya.")

I've still gotta make all the archive pages match, which is sort of a shame, really. I'm sick of looking at the watercolor design, but it is nifty. And making those damn buttons look the way I wanted them to look took forever (because I was a fool, and did not know about FONT FACE.) There was a lot of love in the old template. I need a template Hall of Fame, or something.

I also need to sit down and add about 500 links to the design. And, I can see that the basic effect here is a legal pad, but maybe I need to add a red line in there somewhere, just because it would look neat.
