Why are the forces beyond my control so interested in my laundry?

I'm doing laundry right now, and playing on ze computer. I started having a problem with lag. I looked at the clock, and noticed that it was time to go put stuff in the dryer. "Fine," I thought. "Perhaps my computer is purposely being putzy, trying to force me to go away and do my laundry. Teehee. OK, Computer. You win. As soon as I'm done with this cigarette, I'll go downstairs." At that exact moment, the cherry fell off my cigarette! (Gasp!) So, the way I figure it, my computer can not only read my thoughts, and know when I am supposed to be doing laundry, but it also has the spooky power to put out cigarettes! No one is safe! All must kneel and tremble before the mightiness that is Ana's computer!Hey, don't laugh. I'm sure this is how a lot of religions get started. Someone has a kinda freaky day, and decides it was divine intervention. And if you think about it, a religion based on clean clothes and healthy lungs is at least as sane some of the other ones out there. At least my converts will always smell April-fresh.
