The thrift store randomly called this morning, to ask if I wanted to make a donation on Thurs, and I said bring a truck or two. The new apartment is MUCH smaller, and there's a lot of furniture that simply can not come. It's roughly Josh/Hans/my Nekoosa apt sized (Almost everyone who knows me has seen at least one of those apartments) and that feels very small. Rijid says I'm crazy, and minus one bedroom, it's really about the size of the current place, and laid out much more sanely, but I'm trying my best to compress my belongings wherever I can.

I was exceptionally clever with the bookshelves. We have three of those do-it-yourself six-foot tall deals, and I decided I didn't need them all. So, I took the shelves out of one of them, and created a paperback bookshelf out of another. I now have SEVEN shelves in ONE unit, taking up a mere FIVE feet of space! I'm smart! I'm smart! SMRT! It's scary, how excited I am about this. I am the pack-masta.

KC just called, so I'm going to go hang out with her for a while.
