I was prepared to declare Not Having a Bike an emergency, and thus a credit card situation, but Rijid said he could pay to have it fixed. This means I have to wait for him to wake up, which won't actually happen for hours and hours.

I miss discretionary income. My hours at the deli have been cut again, so I've started looking for a second job. If I can find something comparable full time, I'll take it, but it's really not necessary. Even though I'm working part-time hours now, I do still get all the full-time insurance and benefits from The Man, so just picking up a few hours a week somewhere else is really all I need.

I'm a little paranoid. If I change my availability, I might run the risk of my boss being a dick and saying "All I have available this week is morning shifts, but since you don't want mornings, no work for you." Rationally, I know I'm one of the better people in my department, and all my bosses seem to like me. But I'm still worried. That's just how I roll.

Rigid gave me Sims 3 for my birthday, and I've been playing it basically nonstop. Gobias Koffee (hee!) randomly showed up in my neighborhood, but then he died. My Mad Scientist successfully brought him back from the dead, so now I have a ghost living with my family. He is a Never Nude, just in case you were wondering.
