Best Name: Warren, for The Taunhouse. I'm going spell it Taunhaus though, just because I can.

Best Acronym: Mischief, for FEDORA. KC's submission of JIHAD was also amusing, but it's not a kind of HAT. (As far as I know, anyway) After much thought, I decided that if I accepted any old acronyms at all, the whole idea falls into chaos. Anyone can come up with an acronym, but hat-themed acronyms are inherently funnier, at least for my purposes.

Best use of "Joy!" in a name, because that really, really cracked me up, and also because I would have felt bad if everyone won but KC: KC, for JIHAD.

So, there you go. You're all winners. Let that be a lesson to the rest of you bastids. If the three of you shoot a snailmail address to [email protected] I'll send you something neat.

It's all kind of moot by now anyway. The People have spoken, and this place is apparently henceforth and forever to be known as DAH (Dan and Hans). The People are morons. I'm personally trying to push DUH (Dan Und Hans) because it's slightly more clever, and it has an international flair, but I think I'm going to get outvoted.

Oh well. The computers are all going to go away this weekend, so then we won't have to call it anything at all.

I'm on Adam's computer right now, and his spacebar is giving me attitude. It's really annoying. Nothing I could talk about seems important enough to have to argue with a keyboard after every single word, so that's it for now. I should have a computer in my own home again someday soon, and then maybe I'll get back into at least weekly updates.
