My cat, he gnaws on the people he really likes. It doesn't hurt as much as you might think, usually. I'm not even sure which of us came up with the quote, but now,everyone in town says it all the time.

I know D. was the one with the original idea of the bonsai Ent. A teeny little Ent, wandering around your apartment and saying "Hooroom hoom" in a squeaky little voice. I told him that was all I really wanted for Christmas now. Since then, I've been sharing the idea with everyone. "Two words for you: Bonsai. Ent."

The conversation goes off in a different direction, every single time. You'd have to keep some houseplants for the miniEnt to take care of. Bonsai Ents are probably really bitter creatures, and keeping them inside would only make them worse. And God help you if the real Ents ever found out. "You took a tree and you did what??"
