I SCORED MORE THAN 48 WORK-FREE HOURS!!I'm giddy. It's like some wonderful dream. I don't think I'm even going to leave the apartment at all tomorrow. I may not even get dressed. And there is simply no force on Earth that could tempt me to answer the phone.

I almost had a day off two weeks ago. But I was waiting for a phone call from CJ, so like a moron, I answered the phone when it rang. It was Kristina's.

Lynne happened to be over at the time, and saw firsthand a mind slowly crumbling.

"Never answer the phone. NEVER answer the phone. Lynne, we have learned a valuable lesson today. Do you know what that lesson is?"

"Uh...never answer the phone?"

"NEVER answer the phone! Fuck me! NEVER! ANSWER! THE PHONE!!! Why did I answer it? Fucking why did I fucking answer it?? NEVER answer the phone!"

The word "answer" looks totally misspelled to me now. Moving onward, and not...um...picking up the phone for the purpose of talking into it.
